A little bit about me...
Buying or selling a home on the New Hampshire Seacoast is a major financial and lifestyle decision. My role is to provide clear strategy, local expertise, and steady guidance so you can move forward with confidence.
I grew up in New Jersey and moved to New Hampshire to attend the University of New Hampshire. What began as a college experience quickly became home. I’ve lived on the Seacoast for more than 20 years, building my career, raising my family, and developing deep, firsthand knowledge of the communities I now serve.
I’m a Realtor® with Portside Real Estate Group, a professional firefighter, and a certified fire inspector. That background shapes how I approach real estate — calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and focused on protecting my clients’ best interests at every stage of the transaction.
I specialize in helping buyers and sellers in Durham, Dover, Portsmouth, Exeter, and surrounding NH Seacoast towns. My experience includes luxury homes, new construction, investment properties, and complex listings that require precise pricing strategy and negotiation.
NH Seacoast Real Estate Expertise, Backed by Data
Every client receives a white-glove, data-driven experience. I analyze the market in detail and create a customized plan — whether preparing a home for maximum exposure or navigating a competitive purchase.
Clients value my:
- Local NH Seacoast market knowledge
- Clear communication and responsiveness
- Strategic pricing and negotiation
- Calm, no-pressure guidance
Why My Fire Service Background Matters
My experience as a firefighter and certified fire inspector brings added insight into inspections, building systems, and risk — particularly with older homes, multi-family properties, and new construction. I approach real estate as an advisory role, not a sales role.
